Planning Advisory Services - Red River Planning District (2016)

Catapult worked with the Red River Planning District to provide planning analysis on development applications to member Councils via comprehensive planning reports and presentations

Five Year Community Plans (2017)

Catapult was engaged by Community Renewal Corporations in Portage la Prairie and Selkirk to prepare 5-Year Community Plans, as a funding requirement of the Neighbourhoods Alive! Initiative of the Province of Manitoba.  This work included community workshops, surveys and the preparation of final, measurable plans.

East Industrial Secondary Plan – City of Brandon (2018)

Catapult, in collaboration with SBC Inc., was engaged by the City of Brandon to prepare a secondary level plan for a large, partially developed area of industrial lands on the East side of Brandon.  The intent of the plan was to provide more detailed direction for the future development of these lands as a mix of industrial, recreational and open space uses, in line with existing and planned municipal services. Development Plan and Zoning Bylaw Review - Town of Niverville (2018)

In collaboration with SBC Inc., Catapult worked with the CAO and Council of Niverville to prepare a new Development Plan and Zoning Bylaw that reflected the changing development directions of this rapidly growing community. The project included the preparation of background planning and engineering report, community survey, two open houses, key stakeholder meetings, multiple working sessions with Town staff and presentations to Council. District Development Plan - Portage la Prairie Planning District (2018)

Catapult was engaged by the Portage la Prairie Planning District to review the District Development Plan, which includes the City and RM of Portage la Prairie. As part of the review, Catapult held review workshops with Council members and with an interdepartmental committee of the Manitoba government, prepared a thourough background planning report, and coordinated the preparation of an engineering assessment by Associated Engineering. Ile des Chenes Legacy Park Conceptual Plan - Municipality of Ritchot (2021/22)

As part of a consultant team that includes SiteWorkLA and is led by David Wagner Associates, Catapult is responsible for preparing the public engagement materials and coordinating the open house for review of a conceptual plan for a new 40 acre ‘Legacy Park’ in the community of Ile des Chenes. Materials include an overview of the project, background research on the site conditions, a community survey to collect feedback on the draft design and site plan and information on implementation and phasing.
