Kristy LeBaron

Kristy LeBaron is the Principle and senior planner at Catapult Community Planning with 20 years of experience in public and private sector planning roles. As a planning consultant, Kristy primarily works with municipalities and planning districts on their development plans, secondary plans and zoning by-laws. Previous to starting Catapult Community Planning, Kristy worked for 13 years with the Manitoba government, where she held a senior planning position specializing in land use and sustainable development policy.

Kristy holds a Master’s of City Planning degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) with full membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP).
